Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) has been using the My Clinical Outcomes platform since 2011 to support routine, remote orthopaedic follow-ups. With over 10 years of this collaboration with MCO, RCHT continues to maximise the benefits of the MCO platform to help with their patient care and clinic efficiency:

• Clinical capacity - productivity gain through digital PROMs complementing virtual clinics (converting every two face-to-face appointments to five virtual clinic appointments)

• Patient access - much easier for patients to complete online assessments than travel long distances to clinic, particularly as many are elderly

• Longitudinal capture of patient measures - enabling clinicians to track patient progress over time, providing valuable insights into treatment effectiveness and long-term outcomes.

RCHT has mandated PROMS collection from patients as part of their treatment pathways.
