OPM is an independent research organisation that works with leaders, policymakers, regulators, commissioners and providers - as well as service users and communities - to ensure that services are designed and implemented efficiently, effectively and in the public interest.
Tim Williams was a panelist at the recent Breakfast Seminar 'Realising the power of patients to product tangible and radical reforms - Moving from the possible to the essential in the new NHS'. He discussed his experiences of working with doctors and health managers and commissioners to shape My Clinical Outcomes to suit local needs and to engage patients with long term conditions to monitor their own health outcomes.
